Refund policy

We hope you love your King of Dads cap. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Because our caps are wearable items, we have a clear returns process in place to ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The cap is unworn
  • It is in original condition
  • All tags are still attached
  • It has not been washed or damaged
  • Must remain in sealed packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on caps that have been worn. Caps returned in a worn condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@kingofdads.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returning Your Item

Once your return has been approved:

  • Carefully package the cap to avoid damage
  • Send it back using a tracked service (we recommend keeping proof of postage)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your cap for a different colour, please contact us at hello@kingofdads.co.uk.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your cap arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@kingofdads.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
